Charity Partners

At the heart of our trek are our charity partners.

We are working with a number of local Charity partners for this event.

For gold partners they will receive 90% of all donations with the remainder going to Kent Search and Rescue ( a registered charity) who are running, and supporting this event. Silver partners will receive 80% of all donations, and bronze will receive 70% of all donations.

Abigails Footsteps

Gold Partner

We are a baby loss charity providing support and counselling for bereaved parents and families as well as specialist bereavement training for midwives and healthcare professionals.

Since 2010, we have worked to improve the way bereaved parents are cared for by hospitals and to better educate midwives on how to care for grieving parents. Sadly, stillbirths and neo-natal deaths occur daily, yet many hospitals are not equipped to deal with the parental care required, they have inadequate facilities and their staff receive little to no bereavement training

Oliver Steeper Foundation

A legacy.. Olivers Foundation...

Since the death of our son Oliver, who sadly died in a nursery in Kent in September 2021 after choking on pasta we knew we had to create a legacy for Oliver to prevent other parents from having to live through the nightmare we have endured. The Oliver Steeper Foundation was created mid 2023 with the aims of providing a life saving medical device into all registered early years childcare settings. We miss his beautiful little face, his cheeky little laugh and the joy he brought to our lives in his short time on this planet.

Kent Search and Rescue

Gold Partner

Kent Search and Rescue support the Kent community by helping Kent Police and other Crown Agencies to search for members of the public that are missing and considered vulnerable and high risk in order to find them as quickly as possible and rescue them to a place of safety. We also assist with resilience and other public services.
